New Officers and Promotions

The COCC Board of Directors has approved the following new officer promotions for July 1, 2021.

 

Alex Campbell

Vice President

Alex’s broad understanding of our platforms along with his expertise in the payments and API (application programming interface) space has been a great asset to COCC. His strong operational, technical, and integration knowledge supports the growing complexity of our product suites, contributing to COCC’s success as well as the future needs of our clients. Alex will continue to be responsible for Cash Management, Electronic Banking, Platform Support Services and PMO/Implementation teams reporting directly to Dianne Peterson.

 

Kyle Charette

Vice President

Kyle has been a key player in the Business Development team for the past ten years. During his tenure, he held many different roles. By leveraging that wealth of experience, he has helped us reach significant milestones in our strategic products, core sales, and marketing initiatives. He has played a vital role in the commercialization efforts surrounding new products and has progressively enhanced our product communication channel. Under Kyle’s leadership, his team has been able to focus on enhancing the hand off from sales to conversions as well as ensuring new solutions acquired from post-sales to conversion are handled seamlessly. Kyle will continue reporting to Sue Salecky.

 

Michael Fabiaschi

Vice President

Michael joined us eight years ago playing an instrumental role when we launched our iBanking product. Since then, he has managed the iBanking Call Center team as well as Advanced Banking Group Support. As a valuable member of the technology services leadership team, Michael plays a critical role leading the support teams for digital banking, navigating complex support issues, talking clients through escalated cases, collaborating with internal teams, and helping the team plan for the future. Michael will continue reporting to Jeff Troutman.

 

Jill Flaherty

Vice President

Over the past five years, Jill has effectively managed and grown our strategic product sales activities. In that time, she has developed strong relationships across all levels of our clients’ organizations and is widely recognized for her wealth of product knowledge, being a team player, and helping our clients find solutions to argument their technology strategies. Under her leadership, the strategic products team has significantly increased the number of solutions our clients use, allowing them to remain competitive within their market areas. Jill brings incredible energy and passion that has led her and her team to great success. Jill will continue reporting to Sue Salecky.

 

Elizabeth Montanari

Vice President

Elizabeth has provided leadership for all activities pertaining to the product launch, service, and platform evolution of a number of COCC’s products and services as well as key internal business solutions. Most recently, Elizabeth worked with her team to develop the Marketing Services function and soon thereafter expanded her leadership team while adding the Financial Management Group to her area. Elizabeth will continue managing the successful teams that implement and support these varied product and service lines. At the same time, she will continue to play an active role in researching, planning, and implementing an expansion of COCC’s product lines. Elizabeth will continue to report directly to Matt L’Heureux.

 

Michelle Orsini

Vice President

Michelle has done an outstanding job building and enhancing our client relationship management and client training strategy. Her ability to “dig deep” in handling complex client issues has quickly rendered her a key player within our overall service strategy. In addition, Michelle has been highly successful in creating a partnership with relationship management and our clients while building a strong connection with our internal service teams. Our RM team today is comprised of very seasoned product and service specialists, and Michelle is a great leader for how we see our client service developing into the future. Michelle will continue reporting to Richard Leone.

 

Paul Petro

Vice President

Paul has been instrumental in leading many of our client technical service offerings. Paul guides his teams with his strong customer advocacy and a collaborative leadership style, along with his deep understanding of our products. Under Paul’s leadership, iWorkstation has become one of our fastest growing product lines and has maintained outstanding customer satisfaction amidst the rapid growth. In addition to leading his teams, Paul has shared his passion for process improvement within the officer group and worked with other officers to enhance efficiencies throughout the company. Paul will continue to report to Brent Biernat.

 

Darren Wilkes

Vice President

Darren has been instrumental in leading COCC’s Network Services team toward new technologies and virtualization for our clients. Most recently, Darren has overseen the implementation of the new iWorkstation product, and infrastructure-as-a-service offering that is helping our customers to become more flexible, responsible, and secure. Darren will continue to oversee the WAN Network architecture and Linux/VMware/Storage strategies as well as provide leadership to the workstation product. Darren will continue to report directly to Steve Reis.
