This appointed role in our Board of Directors encompasses a number of responsibilities when it comes to governance, meeting deliverables, and managing our shareholder reporting. Her official transition to COCC’s Corporate Secretary role will occur in the fall of 2024.

Ashley Goletz

Ashley Goletz

Assistant Vice President, Client Success

The role of the Client Advisor and Partner has dramatically changed these past few years, in both the relationship management between our clients and COCC, and internally to all of our support teams. Much of this positive change comes from the vision and direction of Ashley Goletz, whose dedication to service (to her team, to clients, and to COCC) exemplifies what Client Success truly should be. Using the extensive experience and knowledge she has gained throughout her 17 years at COCC, she guides a critical component of our overall engagement strategy, and we are delighted to see the benefits of these ever-growing partnerships.

Furthermore, Mike’s experience at Eastern Bank, where he contributed to launching a new digital banking platform, has further enhanced his understanding of the digital banking landscape and enriched his ability to drive our initiatives forward. His combined skills and experience make him a vital asset to our team.

Congratulations to Laura Jimenez on her new career opportunity as Assistant Vice President. Laura joined COCC in 2014 as a Staff Auditor and, after a successful tour in the Big Four, returned to COCC as Internal Audit Manager in 2019. Laura’s comprehensive understanding of systems and operations, coupled with her expertise in auditing and strong people and supervisory skills, have been instrumental to helping COCC meets its compliance and control requirements. Over the last three years she has grown and developed the Audit Department to ensure it keeps pace with the ever-increasing complexity and size of COCC, as well as external regulatory and SOC requirements. Laura’s collaborative style and dedication to high quality inspires all who work with her to perform at a high level and take pride in their work.
