Financial Resources Federal Credit Union Selects COCC for Core Technology Partnership

Financial Resources Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Bridgewater, New Jersey, has selected COCC as its core provider. The $487 million credit union has partnered with COCC and will be converting to INSIGHT to support their development through the flexibility and integration COCC offers.

“We were searching not only for a state of the art technology partner but also for a company that was aligned with our vision for what could be, our corporate culture and organizational values,” said Frank Almeida, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Financial Resources Federal Credit Union. “The COCC team took the time to get to understand us, learn what we wanted, what we needed and looked to highlight how they could align to our goals.”

Financial Resources Federal Credit Union was pursuing a vendor that offered the most efficiencies and tightest integration to achieve the goals that they had set for their company. With COCC’s real-time platform and app technology, Financial Resources can provide quality performance and offer new features and benefits to their members.

“We are excited to partner with Financial Resources Federal Credit Union as they focus on putting their members first, something we pride ourselves in doing as a cooperative,” said Richard A. Leone, Chief Executive Officer of COCC. “Financial Resources is committed to creating quality relationships with satisfied members, which make us honored to be their core provider.”

“In the end, it was clear,” said Mr. Almeida, “the technology, the people and approach was the right match for Financial Resources.  Now we look forward to the next phase in the relationship in setting a new bar in performance excellence for conversions to come.”
