COCC Earns Designation as a Great Place to Work-Certified™ Company

COCC, a financial technology company serving community banks and credit unions throughout the Northeast, today announced that it is Great Place to Work-Certified™. Certification is a significant achievement. Using validated employee feedback gathered with Great Place to Work’s rigorous, data-driven “For All” methodology, it was determined that 95% of employees say COCC is a Great Place to Work. Certification requires a minimum of 7 out of 10 employees have a consistently positive experience.

The survey results included more than 1,100 comments on employee experience, providing invaluable insight to the company as it continuously strives to improve the culture and the employee experience. COCC received some of its highest marks in the survey for workplace safety, a welcoming environment and fair treatment of employees regardless of sexual orientation.
