Our mission is to foster a culture of belonging by leveraging the unique experiences, perspectives, and viewpoints of our employees. By embracing this culture, we increase our collaboration among team members to better serve both our employees and clients.

We continuously review our policies, metrics, and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement, while providing training and education to ultimately promote a collaborative workplace for all our employees.
Community Involvement
At COCC, we are passionate about supporting organizations in our local communities through our corporate giving, volunteering, and community investment initiatives. Our programs encourage and support employees in their personal philanthropy and charitable giving so that they can help the causes closest to their hearts.
COCC offers up to two paid community service days per year for employees to come together and participate in community service events and activities, such as building houses with Habit for Humanity and coordinating food drives for Bread for Life.
Charitable giving is also an important part of our culture and community through:
- Corporate charitable matching
- Monthly payroll contribution to charitable causes that align with monthly observances and local organizations
Our ERGs are also passionate about creating opportunities to serve our communities. From turkey drives to Pride events and beyond, our ERGs commit to holding at least one community service event at an organization of their choosing per year.
