Great Place to Work Certification LogoSOUTHINGTON, CT – COCC, a financial technology company serving community banks and credit unions throughout the Northeast, is proud to be Great Place to Work® Certified for the third year in a row. “We are thrilled to be Great Place to Work-Certified™ for the third year in a row,” said Richard A. “It is an honor to know that our employees continue to see COCC as a great place to work,” added Lisa Jacobi, SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer at COCC. “Every year, we study the survey input data closely to learn about what our employees are saying as well as what our employees love about COCC and how we can shape our workplace culture for the years ahead.”
