New Officers and Promotions

The COCC Board of Directors has approved the following new officer promotions for January 1, 2021.

Lynn Bartolucci

Assistant Vice President

Lynn’s long career at COCC has spanned across multiple phases of our COCC data operations. Over the course of 27 years, she has facilitated bigger pieces of hardware allowing to us to run production to today’s footprint including better reporting, automation, and ensuring overall business continuity. One element that Lynn has carried throughout all of this is a consistent focus on dedication. There truly is no limit to what Lynn takes on each and every day to ensure our data center is up and running. From her commitment to our computer operations team to her immense dedication of rolling up her sleeves for overcoming any outage, she truly leads by example. Lynn will continue to lead our Avon data center operations and will continue reporting directly to Steve Reis.

Matthew Davies

Assistant Vice President

Matt has been a valuable contributor in many roles in the fifteen-plus years he has been with COCC. After early roles on the Tech Batch and INSIGHT product teams, Matt began his leadership track in Conversions by heading up a client-facing team to handle the increasing number of mergers and acquisitions in 2013. Matt has led numerous notable conversion events, including his greatest conversion accomplishment to date: leading the effort to bring Metro Credit Union on board, which was the largest and most comprehensive new client conversion we have ever completed at COCC. Across all these efforts Matt has established an effective rapport with clients, internal teams, and consultants alike. Matt will continue to report to John Huber.

Lisa Fabiaschi

Assistant Vice President

Over the past six years, Lisa has been a key member of the business development team by assisting in the growth of new core clients and overall sales success. Currently, Lisa manages our core sales territory managers, sales support staff, and demo environment, as well as managing her own core deals. Prior to her sales career, Lisa was responsible for recruiting at COCC, where she developed a passion for spreading the word of our service model. Today, she continues that messaging to prospective banks and credit unions, consultants, industry associations, and market influencers. Lisa’s professionalism and ability to represent COCC in a positive and trusting manner have been instrumental to our core sales success. Lisa will continue to report to Sue Salecky.

Ryan Greenier

Assistant Vice President

Over the span of Ryan’s 15 year career at COCC, he has been a central force to ensure our network security architecture is scaling ahead of our business. Ryan’s deep technical knowledge of network security and architecture has been critical to our success and security. As we all know, COCC is highly complex, requiring that the infrastructure supporting all business functions is handled as thoroughly as possible. Beyond Ryan’s strong technical talents, he also is focused on strategically scaling our infrastructure to not only handle today’s needs but also what might be ahead of us in the future. Ryan will continue to manage our network security architecture team and will continue reporting directly to Jamie Perry.

David Newell

Assistant Vice President

Dave has been a highly positive and passionate team player since the day he joined COCC as an intern. Over the span of seven years, Dave has been a pivotal player with our initial rollout of iBanking along with the planning phases for supporting the application in the future. Today, Dave leads our iBanking Config and Web Programming teams. Over the past few years, the responsibility these teams take on has expanded considerably as our applications have become more complex. His passion for the job, dedication to his team, and drive to deliver results for our customers has provided great value in our delivery of the iBanking platform. Dave will continue to report to Rich Wood.

Nicholas St. Pierre

Assistant Vice President

Since the start of Nick’s career at COCC, he has been focused on developing new strategies to better leverage financial reporting as we expand into new product and service lines. In addition, he has continued to build out an Accounting team that has scaled with the ever-changing needs of our business. Over the past few years, Nick has been a key contributor to our product P&Ls, ensuring we have a good balance of our planned expenses as well as accurately modeling out future revenue. Nick’s focus on learning all of our unique service offerings has made him a critical player when it comes to planning for COCC’s future. Nick will continue to manage our core accounting functions and will continue to report directly to Diane Lamb.

Anupama Vadali

Assistant Vice President

Since joining COCC over 12 years ago as a developer, Anu has made it a focus to learn what her customers need and find ways to deliver on those needs. She currently leads the INSIGHT and iBanking development teams by using a consultative approach with stakeholders and team members to find and deliver valued solutions. Anu’s collaborative style and passion to deliver for our customers will continue to be vital to COCC’s ability to offer software solutions in the future. Anu’s willingness to jump in and solve time-sensitive matters along with ensuring timelines are met has allowed her to become a key senior leader within our S&P teams. Anu will continue to report to Rich Wood.
