Brent Biernat

Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Brent Biernat is responsible for leading our technology and operational strategies, focusing on technology direction, cross-team collaboration, service enhancements, and client impacts. During his three decades at COCC, Brent has led the sales team and played a primary role in building the company’s Network Services and Managed Security services, guiding numerous technical teams to great success. Brent leverages his deep technical and industry knowledge to understand our clients and deliver exceptional service and innovative technology.

Brent is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and has served on several boards, including BristolWorks, The Connecticut Technology Council, and as Chairman of AT&T’s National Focus Board. Before joining COCC, Brent owned a computer consulting firm. Brent is a sought-after and frequent speaker at numerous financial industry events across the country.
