COCC Finishes 2015 with Record Growth, Top Client Grades and Renewed Recognition as Employer of Choice

best places for cocc.comApril 1, 2016, Southington, Conn. – COCC, one of the nation’s largest providers of financial technology solutions and services, finished 2015 with record growth, top grades from clients and renewed recognition as one of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut.

Last year was marked by top grades from COCC’s client base. COCC continues to receive excellent report card grade averages each quarter with excellent participation percentages. Client satisfaction ratings have climbed steadily to 4.50 out of a possible 5.00 – COCC’s best ever, and solidly above the company’s 4.25 goal. “Serving our clients is the proud foundation on which COCC was built,” said President & CEO, Richard A. Leone. “Continuous improvement in our service quality remains the secret of our success.”

As COCC continues to gain real traction within the industry, the company has also been building a great workplace by continuing to be nominated as a premier employer by the Hartford Business Journal for Best Places To Work in Connecticut for four years in a row. Created by the Hartford Business Journal and Best Companies Group to identify and recognize best places to work in the state of Connecticut, Best Places is highly selective. A significant part of the assessment process includes a confidential, 72-question survey designed to measure employee engagement and satisfaction. Employees had the opportunity to share their opinions on COCC’s benefits, work perks, work environment and more. As in previous years, the survey results showed that COCC employees continue to be highly satisfied in these areas. Winners are listed in the Hartford Business Journal’s special digital edition here, which features a showcase of winners’ unique employee offerings.

In addition to the honor of being distinguished as an employer of choice in Connecticut and continuing to be acknowledged by clients for offering best-of-breed products and customer service, the business community has continued to recognize COCC’s growth and success. Not only has COCC increased its total revenue and client satisfaction to record levels, but the financial services community has commended COCC’s numerous achievements through industry awards. “This continued recognition is a tribute to all of our management and employees and is well deserved for their effort and hard work,” said Mr. Leone.

Late last year, COCC was honored by Banker and Tradesman’s Best in the technology and auditor/independent IT categories. COCC has also been selected by several new clients to provide core technology services, including Salisbury Bank, GSL Savings Bank and Holbrook Cooperative Bank. COCC continues to rise in the industry as both a provider and an employer of choice. “The successes we achieve year after year are one of the most rewarding parts of my role,” said Mr. Leone. “We look forward to what 2016 has in store for us!”
