New Officers & Promotions

The COCC Board of Directors has approved the following new officer promotions for January 1, 2018.

Matt L’Heureux

SVP, Chief Product Officer

Matt has continued to elevate COCC’s vision of implementing new products that fit our evolving client base. Over the past few years, he has been pivotal in developing new product ventures along with serving as a key player when new clients look to join COCC. His passion and vision within the ever-changing “fintech” space has been a wonderful asset to COCC’s Executive Team. Matt, under Joe Trafton’s continued direction, will continue to lead new efforts with our product acquisitions along with supporting the needs of our clients.

Sue Salecky

SVP, Business Development

Over the past few years, Sue has been instrumental within our sales and marketing efforts. Not only has she been dedicated to growing new business, she has also spent countless hours shaping the wonderful reputation that COCC has developed within our marketplace. Sue has built outstanding relationships with key stakeholders and will continue to ensure COCC’s overall sales and marketing strategy keeps our reputation strong within our industry. Sue will officially join our Executive Team in January and will continue reporting directly to Brent Biernat.

Dianne Peterson

FVP, Client Services

Dianne has been a key contributor to our overall client services model. From leading multiple support teams to growing our overall project management strategy, she can be counted on to ensure our teams are appropriately aligned to meet the daily challenges that come with an evolving client base. Dianne’s strong industry experience has been a wonderful asset to COCC over the past seven years. Dianne will be officially joining our Executive Team in January and will continue reporting directly to Joe Lockwood.

Jeff Troutman

VP, Client Services

Jeff’s continued efforts to lead our Advanced Banking team has been no small task. From our iBanking platform now being utilized by so many of our clients to the undertaking of our CheckFree bill pay model, Jeff’s knowledge of these initiatives has made him a true asset to COCC. Jeff will continue reporting directly to Dianne Peterson.

Alex Campbell

AVP, Client Services

Alex has been an instrumental player within many facets of the electronic channels and platforms that we support. Alex’s strong technical knowledge within these areas has been key to our continued success supporting the needs of our clients. Alex will continue reporting directly to Dianne Peterson.

Tom Ksiazkiewicz (TK)

AVP, Systems & Programming

TK has been a true champion when it comes to our complex conversion process. Beyond supporting multifaceted system conversions, TK has also been growing a team that is ready to meet the challenges that come with both core and ancillary product conversions. TK will continue reporting directly to Deb Lynch.
