Karen G. ArcherVice President, Integrated SolutionsWe are excited to announce the promotion of Karen Archer to the position of Vice President. Karen has contributed greatly to COCC’s success in various roles held over her 20+ year career here. Karen has most recently taken on an expanded role over our Integrated Solutions area, providing leadership to both the Lending Solutions and Integrations teams. Karen consistently demonstrates a strong commitment as a customer advocate, ensuring our clients always have an optimal experience. Karen’s dedication coupled with her vast knowledge and experience helped drive the successful launch and onboarding of over 75 clients to Encompass. Karen will play an integral role in the launch of COCC’s new API developer portal, ConnectSuite, and in shaping the next evolution of integrations for our clients. DevinoVice President, Client ServicesKristen shines bright as a prominent leader in our service division, with her constant and true high level of engagement with our clients, internal teams, prospective clients, and vendors. Our core banking support continues to evolve under her guidance and strategic vision. She fiercely promotes collaboration, critical thinking, and outstanding client service principals, leading our deposits, loans, and other core solutions groups. For fifteen years, we have appreciated her immense dedication to our clients, her extensive product knowledge, and how she leads people with compassion and enormous empathy. Shkelzen GjonbalajVice President, Technology & OperationsZen has been pivotal in the growth and development of our Windows & Middleware Teams. As the IT demands of our company have increased, Zen has led numerous initiatives and improved many processes that have significantly enhanced both our internal and customer-facing services. His leadership has been crucial in ensuring the operation and expansion of our IT infrastructure. Zen will continue to lead our Windows Server, Desktop Support, and Middleware teams. He will also take on an expanded role leading the database administration team. He will continue to report directly to Steve Reis. |

David S. NewellVice President, Software DevelopmentWe are thrilled to announce the promotion of Dave Newell to Vice President in the Software Development division. Since joining COCC as an intern in 2012, Dave has been a consistently positive and passionate team player. Over the past decade, he has played a pivotal role in advancing our organization, starting with his significant contributions to the initial rollout of iBanking. Dave has been instrumental in planning and executing efforts to support and expand the iBanking platform. Currently, he leads the Tactical Development Department, overseeing the iBanking Config, Web Programming, iBanking Tactical Development, and INSIGHT Tactical Development teams. Under his leadership, these teams have successfully taken on increasing responsibilities as our application portfolio has grown in scale and complexity. Dave’s passion for his work, dedication to his team, and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results for our customers have been invaluable in supporting and enhancing the iBanking and INSIGHT platforms. Over the past few years as a COCC Officer, she has continued to lead her teams by providing the right vision and guidance to ensure COCC is rewarding and retaining its top talent. Annette’s compassion for people, along with delivering on a multitude of business outcomes, has become a huge asset for COCC. As our business continues to grow, so do the complexities of our HR processes, compliance requirements, and overall day-to-day operations of our HR programs.
