COCC is client-owned which means client-responsive. Approximately 80% own shares in COCC, infusing the company with a hands-on spirit of ownership. The company was founded by community financial institutions to deliver technology’s promise through real banking solutions to all clients, shareholders and non-shareholders alike. This origin and structure have distinguished us from the competition since 1967.

Our partnership is all encompassing, from pricing to product direction to participation in client strategic planning sessions, regional client meetings, and quarterly ratings of our service. The following summarizes the key points of our technology partnership:

  • Open access to personnel, from the President to the Customer Service Coordinator. We want to hear from you!
    Regional client meetings to disseminate valuable product information, regulatory updates and timely issues in financial information technology.

  • Participation in client planning to provide input with respect to technology directions during their strategic planning sessions and to uncover client needs.

  • Active client committees and focus groups to help COCC design the right product the first time. COCC clients are a major source of service innovation.

  • Quarterly report cards go to every department of the institution, and are read by senior COCC management for follow-up and response.

  • Pricing reviewed by COCC’s client-led Board of Directors to ensure that every COCC client receives the fairest price and the highest level of service.
